5. Delivery conditions

Delivery services are available exclusively within the United States. Once payment is successfully confirmed, the order is officially recorded and enters the preparation stage. The standard handling time is typically 1 to 3 working days. After preparation is completed, the package is handed over to the selected logistics carrier for shipment. The estimated overall delivery timeframe is generally 5 to 10 working days after dispatch and may vary based on the delivery address and order volume during the relevant period. To ensure stable and reliable delivery, we work with established carriers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Orders with a total value of USD 99.99 or more qualify for free delivery, while orders below this amount are subject to a fixed delivery fee of USD 11.99. 6. Order cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours after payment confirmation, provided that order preparation has not yet started and the package has not been transferred to the carrier. Once order processing has begun or the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.
