The estimated overall delivery timeframe is generally 5 to 10 working days after dispatch and may vary based on the delivery address and order volume during the relevant period. Orders with a total value of USD 99.99 or more qualify for free delivery, while orders below this amount are subject to a fixed delivery fee of USD 11.99. Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours after payment confirmation, provided that order preparation has not yet started and the package has not been transferred to the carrier.
