Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled within 48 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed more than 48 hours ago, or orders that have already been shipped, cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may wait until the order is delivered and then contact us to request a return and refund.

3. Refund handling

Approved refunds will be returned to the bank card originally used for payment, including Visa and MasterCard. Depending on the processing efficiency of different card issuing institutions, refunds are generally credited within 1 to 5 working days.
